Welcome Blog

Welcome, Guyzz..............

Hi! I am Saumya, an enthusiastic person who loves cooking, and traveling, and a fashionista too. Thanks for being here. I would like to share with you my very first blog post.

I am pretty elated and thrilled to share my first blog and more excited that you are going to read about me and my passion. I have always wanted to start a blog about food since I get very elevated when it comes to food. Before I tell you more about this, I would like to discuss with you, how I got so excited about food and started my café. I hope you are excited about it too.

I was born in a small town near Kanpur and brought up in Noida in a joint family. You read that right even in today’s scenario in a joint family eh? It has its perks and limitations. Well, I will talk about that later. Let’s focus on the café story for now. We all used to visit our townhouse during our vacations. But apart from the fun, we used to have at our townhouse we all used to crave the delicious food variety that we used to get here in Noida so back then my grand maa, mom, and my aunts used to satiate our hunger by cooking all our favorite meals and kids of the house used to help them from there I got my love for cooking, looking at how it used to bring smiles to our faces. It was fun helping them so When I, like others was stuck during covid, started cooking, yeah I failed miserably but it was made by me so I enjoyed it but gladly my family did not like it much. It was ……………………. After cooking for a long time, I became pretty good at it. So I wanted to bring forward my passion and open a café where I could showcase my talent not only for profit but to be someone I was always trying to figure out. Finally, after a lot of valid arguments from my family, I gave them even better ones and convinced them that I can do it and I started it recently. I hope it's kind of interesting in my upcoming blog posts I will discuss my cooking and spiced-up life. I look forward to sharing my life experiences with you and also my café name and how I came up with it. Glad you read it till now. See you soon.

My first Dish

Hey, guyzz............Hi again In my last post, I told you guys about the first dish that I tried to make for my family to fill that void with both happiness and delicious food. I tried my hands on a very popular and delicious Awadhi dish that was Shammi kabab made from minced meat but I made the vegetarian version of these kababs from lentils, soya granules, onions, spices, and herbs. They are crisp on the outside and soft and succulent on the inside. they are so delicious, just melt in the mouth like the traditional version. they are quite filling as it has proteins from the lentils as well as from soya granules or chunks which makes them best for breakfast or brunch also or as an evening snack. they also make excellent party snacks or a starter. they team up well with bread in a sandwich, with a bun in a burger, with a slice of pita bread, or with our traditional parathas stuffed in a roll. you guys must be wondering as my first trial at cooking why would I choose a such compli...
